Refund policy

A purchase should solve the job you bought it for.

14-day request window

You may request a refund for a Direct MarkoDown purchase within 14 days of payment. Submit the request through the Paddle receipt or email support@tepesoft.com with the purchase email and order number.

Subscriptions

Canceling stops the next renewal and leaves access available through the current paid period. A cancellation does not automatically refund a completed renewal, but you may request review within the 14-day window.

After a refund

Refunded or charged-back Direct licenses are revoked. MarkoDown will return to any remaining preview allowance or require activation after its next online license check.
