Terms

These terms apply to MarkoDown software and Direct purchases from Tepesoft.

License

Tepesoft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MarkoDown on Macs you control. You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or bypass its access controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Preview and Pro access

The Direct edition includes 100 complete document loads. After the preview, a current monthly subscription or lifetime license is required to open and use document content. Monthly access continues through the paid period and renews until canceled. A lifetime license covers the purchased major product as offered at checkout and does not promise unrelated future products.

Your content

You retain ownership of your files. You are responsible for backups and for confirming exported output before relying on it.

Availability

MarkoDown is provided as available. Tepesoft will address reproducible issues reasonably, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or suitability for every workflow. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for MarkoDown in the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

Purchases

Paddle is the merchant of record and handles billing, tax, receipts, cancellation, and eligible refunds.
