Include the MarkoDown version and the macOS version when reporting a problem. Do not attach private documents unless they are essential and safe to share.

Activate a Direct purchase

Open MarkoDown, choose MarkoDown Pro from Settings, enter the email on your Paddle receipt, and select "Send code." Enter the six-digit code from the email to activate this Mac.

Restore a purchase

Install MarkoDown from this website, open MarkoDown Pro in Settings, and request a new activation code with the email from your Paddle receipt.
