Manage your purchase

Paddle securely manages MarkoDown billing, receipts, and subscription changes.

Direct subscription

Open the receipt or subscription email sent by Paddle and choose the link to manage the purchase. From the Paddle customer portal you can update payment details, download invoices, or cancel the next renewal.

Missing receipt

Email support@tepesoft.com from the purchase address. Include your full name and the approximate purchase date; never send card details.
